Hi, I’m Florian Finke. I am a Berlin, Germany based student of Business Computing. Born in 1988 I grew up with Intel Pentium I computers and started fixing my relatives hardware and software problems. Now I like to work for interesting people and companies while I finish my studies at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin. For that reason I founded my own small company, Florian Finke IT-Services.
Feel free to take a look at what I’ve done so far. You can use my code or pictures in all non-commercial projects without asking for permission.
Technologies and tools that I’ve worked with so far:
- Software development (Client-Server/Web/Mobile) in Java / Java EE / Eclipse
- SAP customization / BI query views
- Linux/Windows/MacOS Administration and Support
- Iptables, MySQL, Apache, PHP, dovecot and postfix administration
- Rich web development using PHP/CSS/HTML and relational DBs
- Network design and administration
- Encryption, IT-security and penetration testing (Metasploit, Nessus, TrueCrypt, Wireshark, AirCrack, Cain&Abel, Ettercap)
- ZK Framework, Hibernate, jquery and other industry standards
- Business process modelling using BPMN 2.0, UML and EPK notation and tools like inubit suite, ARIS or objectIF
- Prototyping of technical workflows with inubit Suite
I am also able to understand, model and implement complex business processes (production, accounting, controlling, financing, HR and more). Last but not least I know a bit about hardware and enjoy designing and building servers and home computers.
My first language is German. I also speak English and had no problems working with international clients or colleagues so far. My Russian is not getting that much practice, but its still enough to have much fun with russians that never learnt english or german.
Online I am also known as Shibbe or ShibuyaKu (Facebook). You’re welcome to write me Emails or contact me on LinkedIn. If you enjoy a good strategy or puzzle game (puzzle as in Portal 2) add shibuyaku on Steam.
I enjoy travelling more than photography. Here’s proof!
